Terms of use
Draft – pending legal review. This text is not final yet and may change before PropBlaster launches.
Last updated: 28 October 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of the PropBlaster desktop app, the PropBlaster expert advisors bundled with it and this website. The licensor is All IT Consulting UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Am Bachfeld 12, 82335 Berg, Germany ("we").
Purchases are made through Stripe Managed Payments. Link (Stripe) acts as Merchant of Record and seller; its terms of sale apply to the purchase, payment, invoicing, cancellation and refunds and are shown at checkout. These terms govern your licence to use PropBlaster.
2. What PropBlaster is and is not
PropBlaster is software for rule enforcement, trade copying between your own accounts and journaling of your own trading. It does not open trades on its own initiative, gives no buy or sell signals and provides no investment advice or portfolio management. The AI check only compares a trade idea with the strategy you wrote down; it is not a recommendation.
You decide on every trade and you carry the full risk of your trading.
3. Licence
With a valid licence we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use PropBlaster for your own trading for the term of your subscription, or without time limit for a lifetime licence. The number of PCs on which a licence can be activated at the same time is shown on the product page; you can deactivate a PC to move the licence.
You may not resell, rent out or share licence keys, reverse engineer the software except where the law allows it, or remove copyright notices.
4. Editions, trial and beta
The features of the Cockpit and Pro editions are described on the pricing section of this website. The free trial runs for 14 days. During the public beta, PropBlaster can be used free of charge with all Pro features; beta versions may contain errors and may change or end at any time.
Journal, rules, guard, sync and stopping the copier keep working when a licence expires. An expired licence never stops copies that are already running.
5. Your responsibilities
- Check that using a trade copier, expert advisors and automation is allowed by your broker and by every prop firm whose rules apply to your accounts. Some prop firms forbid or restrict copying between accounts.
- Set your limits and rules correctly and check them regularly. PropBlaster can only enforce the values you enter.
- Keep MetaTrader, Windows and your PC running and connected while you rely on the guard or the copier.
- Keep your API keys, passwords and licence keys secret.
6. Technical limits
Gaps, slippage, requotes, broker outages, platform freezes, network problems and execution delays can cause losses beyond any limit you set and can prevent the guard or the copier from acting in time. PropBlaster cannot guarantee that a prop firm rule, daily loss limit or drawdown limit is never breached.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act and where we have given a guarantee.
For slight negligence we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible and on which you may regularly rely), limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this type of contract. Otherwise liability for slight negligence is excluded. In particular, we are not liable for trading losses, missed profits or failed prop firm challenges, except under the first paragraph.
8. Third-party services
MetaTrader is a product of MetaQuotes Ltd. PropBlaster is not affiliated with MetaQuotes, any broker or any prop firm. If you use the optional AI features with your own Anthropic API key, Anthropic's terms apply to that use and Anthropic charges you directly.
9. Changes
We may update these terms for future versions. We will inform you by email or in the app; changes do not apply retroactively to licences already paid.
10. Law and place of jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not take away the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live. If you are a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany.
Risk warning
Trading forex, CFDs and other leveraged products involves a high risk of losing money and is not suitable for everyone. Past results, including results shown in your journal, do not guarantee future results.
